CORPORATE OFFICE DELIVERIES
For bulk snack box orders delivered to offices, we work closely with HR and admin teams during planning, packaging, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Once delivered and accepted, orders are considered final. Refunds are generally not applicable, except in cases of significant product issues such as damages during transit or incorrect order fulfillment. In such cases, we will work with the client to provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement of boxes or partial refunds, depending on the situation.
THE HOME RETREAT DELIVERIES
For personalized home deliveries under our The Home Retreat collection, we ensure every box is securely packaged and dispatched through trusted courier partners. While we do not typically offer refunds once shipments are dispatched, we understand that unforeseen issues like transit damages or missing parcels may occur. In such cases, our team will evaluate the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement box or alternative resolution to ensure employees still receive their intended gift.
SUPPORT & RESOLUTION
Our goal is to make the gifting and snacking experience seamless and worry-free. If a client encounters an issue with their order, they may contact us directly at hi@Lugsy.in within 7 days of delivery. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and while refunds are limited due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we will always strive to provide a fair resolution.
